The development of a dilapidated Edwardian department store to create an office comprising of 4,767 sqm. of design studio including a new social rooftop space expressed as a series of pavilions, staff café, gallery/seminar space, model-shop and facilities for staff including cycle storage, showers and a landscaped garden courtyard.
The development also included a refurbishment of the former Fire Station and Stables adjoining the main building, converting these into Brixton Post Office and three units for businesses.
