Extensively and sympathetically refurbished throughout, the project was undertaken together with a Joint Venture partner on a full Design & Build basis including obtaining all party wall awards, licences etc.
Particular detail and attention needed to be given to the requirements of the Licence to Alter and Landlord’s constraints.
The project was successfully completed within budget and programme.
